Appeals
If you do not agree with a decision taken on an inspection, you have the right to request its review. The procedure is an open document available to all interested parties.
01 · Basis

02 · Deadlines
What time limits apply

03 · Review
How it is reviewed
- Immediately upon registration, the head of the inspection body appoints a responsible person, who examines the matter and submits proposals.
- as the responsible person a person who took part in that inspection is not appointed.
- Where necessary, additional explanations are obtained from the employee to whom the appeal relates.
- where necessary you may be invited to the examination of the matter.
- Records are kept of the review: date, participants, signatures, description of the case and the decision.
- The final decision is taken by the head of the inspection body.
- The outcomes of the response are recorded in the appeals register.
04 · Limitations
What cannot be the subject of an appeal
Restriction established by the procedure
- internationally recognised Accreditation requirements;
- by ISO/IEC standards the established requirements;
- by legislative and subordinate acts The established requirements and criteria.
We did not establish these requirements and changing them is outside our competence. An appeal may concern How we used it these requirements to a specific facility.
Repeat appeal
A new appeal against an appeal decision is not permitted. A repeat appeal is considered only if there emerge new, additional circumstances — they must be stated in the appeal.
